| Activate your card
Once you have received you card it needs to be
activated. Either...
Activate Online
Login to your account and click the Activate
button when prompted. You will receive a 3 digit code by email
and SMS (if you gave us your mobile number). Enter the 3 digit
code and the long number on the front of your card. Click the
“Confirm” button and your card will be activated
immediately.
OR... Activate by SMS
You should have received an activation code by
SMS. Simply text the word ACTIVATE followed
by the last 4 digits of your card number and
your activation code. For example...
Text: ACTIVATE 8780 123
Send to: 07770 500500
We’ll send you back confirmation that your
card is ready to use.
